This article will show you show to disable a terminal to remove it from PrimeroEdge or if the machine has to be re-imaged or upgraded.
1. Go to Point of Service> Configuration> Terminals. Select your site from the dropdown and click Apply. This will generate the terminals associated with that site.
2. Click on the hyperlink to select the terminal. This will generate the terminal details.
3. Then click on Disable Terminal, and a message will appear at the top asking if you are sure you would like to disable this terminal. Click OK to proceed.
4. When you go back to the list of terminals, that terminal will no longer be on the list.
