This document will guide you through how to add a Performance Based Incentive.
1. Go to System> Configuration> Reimbursement Rates. Then click on Add New Record.
2. Enter the information for the Starting Month, and the Additional Rate, then click Insert.
3. The new incentive is added and will now be calculated into your claims.
