Sometimes notification letters will print the URL and Page numbers. The steps below will allow the user to remove the URL and page number from printing on the notification when you are using Internet Explorer.
1. In Internet Explorer, click the File option at the top and select Page Setup.
2. In the Page Setup Popup window, set all options in Headers and Footers to -Empty-. Then Click OK.
3. The Print Preview will now show the document with no headers or footers on the page.
