This document will show you what to check if a site is unable to order by Broken Units.

When placing an order if the only option is to order in Whole Units the site must be configured.


1. Go to System> Sites and Users> Sites




2. Click on the hyperlink of the site to enter the Configuration page. Scroll down and look for the Inventory Category. 



3. Check the Yes radio button for the setting- Can Order Broken Units, then click Save.



4. You will receive a green confirmation button at the top letting you know your changes have been saved successfully. 




5. The site is now able to order in Broken Units.
