How to update the Household Letter.

Go to: SchoolCafé Tab > Benefits > Application Template.





1. Log into your SchoolCafé district administrator account.

 

 

 

 

2. In the Left-Hand Menu, under Benefits, select Application Template

 

3. Select language

4. Go to Step – Household Letter

 

5. Select Edit

 

6. Update your current household letter with the approved Privacy and Non – Discrimination statement for your region. Save it on your computer as a PDF.  Select the Upload Household letter button.

7. Enter the name of the letter to household. Clicking Attach Letter to Household allows you to browse and select the PDF from your computer, then select Upload.

8. In the upper right hand corner of the page, select I’m Done.
