FAQs

Q: What happens after I click the checkmark to accept an invitation?

A: Accepting the invitation signals to the State Agency that your site intends to participate. The State Agency will then move the process forward to the application stage.

Q: Can I change my mind after I have denied an invitation?

A: If you mistakenly denied an invitation or wish to change your response, you should contact your State Agency representative.

Q: Why don't I see any sites listed after clicking "Apply"?

A: If no sites appear, it means the State Agency has not yet issued invitations for your SFA for the selected Academic Year, or the invitation window has not yet opened.

Q: Is there a deadline for accepting or denying invitations?

A: Yes, the State Agency controls the open and close window for invitations, and you should contact your State Agency representative for more information.

Q: Does accepting an invitation mean my application is approved?

A: No. Accepting the invitation is the preliminary step. You must still complete the full FFVP application and receive official State Agency approval before you can begin the program and submit claims.
