Applications: Discontinue Request

Purpose

This guide provides School Food Authorities (SFAs) and Sponsors with instructions to formally request the discontinuation of their participation in an already approved program for the current year.

Discontinuing program participation is a permanent action for the remainder of the current program year.

The Discontinue Application request is not available for Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) & Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) programs.
