These steps will walk you through how to re-print a notification for a particular student.

 

To print a single letter for past historical notifications go to Patrons> Students> Insert the Student ID and select Apply. Once you are in the student's account, select the Notification tab to the far right.


Select the academic year and then the document you need, from the drop down and then click apply:




 You will see the documents and a letter icon in the "View" column. Click on it to open up the letter. 




From there you can generate the letter and Re-print or Re-send.



NOTE: Patrons is located under both Point of Service and the Student Eligibility tabs.
