If a parent forgets their password, it can be reset through the SchoolCafé website or SchoolCafe can send them an email with a temporary password and can show them how to change it once they login.
1. If on the SchoolCafe website, please click the "Forgot Password" button that is under the Password section.
2. Input your username and email address, then click Next.
3. Enter the answer to your security question, and then enter a new password to sign in. If not, the system can email you one by selecting the Click Here icon to have us automatically email you a new password.
