Parents may call us instead of their district to receive assistance. If they call in regards to SchoolCafe, we can help them. However, if they call for refunds (remaining balance), transfers, purchases at the cafeteria, etc. they will need to contact their school’s Child Nutrition Office. We have their number listed in SchoolCafé under the “Support” Page.
