This document will show you how a parent can transfer funds through SchoolCafé if that feature is enabled through their school district.  If the function is not enabled for their district, you will have to refer them to their school district’s Child Nutrition office.  


1. Log into your SchoolCafe account. From the Dashboard you will see an option to 'Transfer or Donate Unused Funds' under the student's profile. 




2. You should then see a pop-up window. Here you have the ability to choose whether you want to Transfer or Donate funds. 




3. Select the child you would like to transfer funds to, then enter the amount and click Transfer Funds. 




4. Once the balance is transferred you will receive a confirmation message and the accounts will be updated.
